Today I am thankful for my job. My heart breaks for all of the families I know that are unemployed or under employed.
For the past three years I have not received a pay raise, I have paid more for benefits, and I am constantly being asked to do more with less. (more…)

“$79,000 you have got to be kidding me” ~ Donna Lloyd upon reviewing a 2 day hospital bill.
Today I am thankful for medial insurance. Recently we have received several medical statements and bills related to David’s accident. I was floored by the high cost of medical care. His hospital bill alone was $79,000, not including the surgeon or anesthesiologist. (more…)
