It has been a long week. I guess its not really been any longer than any other week. Getting the family and myself back on our schedules has made this week seem never ending. I do not usually have a hard time getting back into our normal routine but for some reason I have been super tired this week.
I guess it did not help matters much that I decided to get my diet and exercise back on track this week. I did not want wait another week, after all this is the year of no excuses when it comes to diet and exercise. I did great with both exercise and food choices and I should have no problems reaching my January goal for health.
