This is the day…

Sometimes all it takes is a simple verse to put things into perspective. Yesterday as I was reading my Bible I read the following verse:

Psalm 118:24~This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.

I can with confidence know that no matter what the day holds God is in it.  He is in everything I do if I will allow him to be.  What a glorious thought. Just remembering that one verse helps to remove the stresses of the day and lets me know that no matter what happens everything will be okay. Life is much better lived knowing that God knows all and is all and we just need to stop worrying about what we can not control and let him be in control. This is easier said than done, but I am working on just letting him be in control.
