We decided to have a low key and relaxing fall break this year. We rented a lake house at Lake Lanier for a few days. We loved the views of the lake from the decks of the house. We enjoyed spending time on the lake tubing and swimming.

These few days were a nice break from the reality of my life which is work an 8 to 4 job and then go home for my real job of taking care of the needs of my family. It seems to be never ending with cooking, cleaning, shopping, laundry, medical appointments, and everything else that comes with being a mom and wife.

It was nice to not go to work. It was nice to not have to clean and do laundry. We all need a break and I really enjoyed the break I had while spending time with the family at the lake.
