My Favorite Christmas Song

For the past several years my favorite Christmas song has been, “A Strange Way to Save the World.”  Through the years many groups have recorded this song but one of my favorite renditions is by the teen band JUMP5, followed very closely by the recording done by 4Him.

This song is just so sweet and really focuses on the miracle of the birth of Jesus from the perspective of Joseph. I can almost imagine him questioning God’s plan and his “why me, why her, why us.” Mary and Joseph were just two ordinary people living ordinary lives when God used them to help change the world.

This song reminds me that we need to stop questioning God’s way and just trust that his way is best.
