February has been a very strange month. The weather has been terrible. Our schedule has been almost non-existent due to the weather, canceled school days, and gym closures. These reasons are why I have not posted my February goals sooner. I have goals, and I have been working on them I just have not put them on my blog until now. I thought about not posting my February goals since we are half way through the month. However, I know I am more likely to hold myself accountable if I actually put my goals in writing for all to see.
February Health Goals
- Walk at least 10,000 steps at least 5 days each week. I noticed in January that even though I worked out a lot, I still had many days that I did not reach 10,000. I really want to strive to reach 10,000 steps daily.
- Weigh and measure with my personal coach at the start and end of the month. This will help my coach help me and keep me accountable to someone other than myself. I completed my weigh-in on February 3.
- Continue with morning work-outs, as well as afternoon workouts. I would like to manage a minimum of 28 workouts for the month of February. That is an average of 1 per day. Sometimes I do two per day, and I usually have a day off each week. I will be honest this goal will be hard to reach due to all of our snow days. The snow made me lazy, but there is time to reach this goal if I try.
I am pleased with the results of my January goals. I managed to drop 6.25 pounds and 4.75 inches. I hope to have results similar to these for them month of February.
