Back to the GYM…..

It is time to dust off the tennis shoes and pack my gym bag. It has been 50 days, since I had surgery and FINALLY I have been cleared to return to my exercise routine.

I have missed going to the gym. I have missed exercising. I feel so much better when I take time out of my day to exercise. When I exercise on a regular basis I have more energy, and am less irritable. I really disliked being on restriction from exercise.

I am not happy that during the past 50 days of no exercise I gained a few pounds. I know that within a few weeks of getting back into routine I will drop the pounds that I gained.

My plan is to go to the gym on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday in order to get in three work outs each week.
