Once I got serious about loosing weight, I made it a point to drink more water. Prior to starting this journey I would drink an average around 12 ounces of water per day. I am now drinking an average of 80 ounces of water everyday. This total accounts for only plain water not tea, coffee, or any other water source. (more…)
